摘要
目的:探讨SOAP教学法在临床教学查房中的应用价值。方法:选取2018年9月至2019年5月济宁医学院附属医院内科及社区轮转实习医师,试验组为SOAP教学组,对照组为传统教学组。培训结束后进行理论及病例分析考核和满意度调查来评价教学效果。结果:试验组理论、病例分析考核成绩均较对照组明显提高。结论:SOAP教学法可明显提高实习医师的临床分析能力。
Objective:To explore the application value of the SOAP(Subjective,Objective,Assessment,Plan)teaching method in clinical teaching rounds.Method:Intern doctors were divided into SOAP and traditional teaching groups.Results showed higher theoretical and case analysis scores in the SOAP group.Conclusion:The SOAP method enhances clinical analysis skills in interns.
