摘要
基层检测实验室的管理水平影响着一个行业的发展高度,将基层检测实验室纳入规范的资质认定或实验室认可管理是切实可行的工作手段,但基层检测实验室往往还存在起点低、人员不足、缺乏投入等现实问题,本文以青岛市各区级疾控实验室为例分析基层检测实验室现状,对基层检测实验室日常质量管理工作的重点难点进行探讨,重点解决容易出问题的关键环节,并强化解决措施的可操作性,注重管理细节,细化管理步骤,协助基层实验室逐步提升管理水平,以期建立完善规范、高效、科学的实验室管理体系,确保实验室检测结果的准确性、有效性、一致性,持续提升基层实验室检测水平。
The management level of the basic-level testing laboratory affects the development height of an industry.It is a practical working means to bring the basic-level testing laboratory into the standard qualification accreditation or laboratory accreditation management,however,there are still some practical problems such as low starting point,insufficient personnel and lack of investment in grass-roots testing laboratories.In this paper,we take Qingdao's district-level disease control laboratories as an example to analyze the status quo of grass-roots testing laboratories,discusses the key and difficult points in the daily quality management of the basic-level testing laboratories,focuses on the key links that are prone to problems,and strengthens the operability of the solutions,pays attention to the management details,and refines the management steps,to assist grass-roots laboratories to gradually improve the management level,with a view to establishing a perfect standard,efficient and scientific laboratory management system,to ensure the accuracy,validity and consistency of laboratory test results,continue to improve the level of laboratory testing at the grass-roots level.
