Breast cancer,as a malignant tumor, poses a serious threat to women's health worldwide, with high mortality rates in advanced stages.Current diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer still have limitations. Many scholars have conducted research on the mechanisms of breast cancer tumor microenvironment(TME)and have achieved significant results in the prevention and treatment of breast cancer through Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)from this perspective.Breast cancer belongs to the category of“tangible”pathogenic factors, and the regulation of the tumor microenvironment relies on the propelling function of Yang Qi.When“Yang transforming Qi”becomes dysfunctional,it tends to produce“Yin-natured”pathological products. The relationship between“Yang transforming qi while yin constituting form”and the breast cancer tumor microenvironment is inseparable. Therefore, this article takes this perspective as an entry point to elaborate on its influence on the breast cancer tumor microenvironment, aiming to provide more effective methods and research ideas for TCM to regulate the breast cancer tumor microenvironment and treat the primary disease.
