摘要
2009年1月1日至2009年12月31日国内发表了大量中医外科学术论文,今选择有一定代表性的中医外科文献105篇,分中医男科、中医皮肤科、中医乳腺科、中医疮疡科、中医肛肠科、中医周围血管科6类疾病,从理论研究、临床研究、实验研究3方面予以述评。2009年中医外科文献理论、临床、实验方面的研究均有一定进展,但宏观整体辨证与微观辨证指标的结合以及个体化诊疗方面仍显不足。
From 1 th January 2009 to 31 th December 2009, a lot of research papers in the field of traditional Chinese medicine surgery have been published. To review the development of the traditional Chinese medicine surgery, 105 surgical articles were divided into six kinds of diseases such as TCM male, TCM dermatology, TCM mammary gland, TCM ulcers, TCM eolo-proetology, and TCM peripheral vascu- lar, which were chosen as a representative of TCM literature. Commented them on three aspects from theory research, clinical research, and experimental research in the article. There has been improvement on three aspects in traditional surgery including basic theory, clinical research and animal experiments in 2009. However, researching on micro syndrome differentiation in TCM didn＇t help enough to the development of clinical therapy. In all, individualized treatment didnt reach the expected results.
