在工业技术高速发展过程中,高温阀门在石油、化工、电力、冶金等行业中具有重要作用。高温阀门作为流体控制系统中的关键部件,不仅需要具备优异的密封性能和耐腐蚀性,还需要在高温高压的恶劣环境下长期稳定运行。因此,将深入探讨高温阀门铸件制造的关键技术及其实际应用,以期能够为相关领域的从业者和研究者提供参考。
In the process of rapid development of industrial technology,high-temperature valves play an important role in petroleum,chemical,electric power,metallurgy and other industries.As a key component in the fluid con⁃trol system,high-temperature valves not only need to have excellent sealing performance and corrosion resistance,but also need to operate stably for a long time in harsh environments with high temperature and high pressure.Therefore,this paper will deeply discuss the key technologies and practical applications of high-temperature valve casting manufacturing technology,in order to provide reference for practitioners and researchers in related fields.
