摘要 随着社会生产力的不断提高,阀门的压力从原先的低压类型向高压类型升级,然而随着压力的变高,阀门的质量也迎来了新的挑战。本研究详尽探究了高压工况下阀门自密封结构泄漏的原因,提出了相应的解决方案。首先从材料的特性选用以及适用性、先进的制造工艺、合理的设计参数、运行维护等方面,对可能引起密封件泄漏的因素进行逐级分析。其次是针对泄漏的部位,从材料性能的改进和优化、制造工艺和设计参数改良、规范操作方式等方面提出了相应的解决措施。最后,以案例分析的方式对治理效果进行了验证。本研究对高压工况下的阀门设计、制造及维护等方面起到一定的指导作用。 With the continuous improvement of social productivity,the pressure of valves has been upgraded from low pressure type to high pressure type.However,as the pressure increases,the quality of valves also faces new challenges.This study thoroughly investigated the causes of valve self sealing structure leakage under high pressure conditions and proposed corresponding solutions.Firstly,factors that may cause seal leakage should be analyzed step by step from the aspects of material characteristics selection and applicability,advanced manufacturing processes,reasonable design parameters,operation and maintenance.Secondly,corresponding solutions have been proposed for the leaking area,including improving and optimizing material properties,improving manufacturing processes and design parameters,and standardizing operating methods.Finally,the governance effectiveness was validated through case analysis.The research objective of this project is to provide guidance for valve design,manufacturing,and maintenance under high-pressure conditions.
