摘要
试验旨在探究不同水平的发酵桑叶对犊牛生长性能、瘤胃发酵参数及肠道通透性的影响,确定发酵桑叶在犊牛养殖中应用的可行性。试验挑选120日龄、体重为(104.55±4.52)kg的断奶荷斯坦犊牛40头,按照单因素试验设计分为4个处理组,每组10个重复,每个重复1头犊牛。各组断奶犊牛分别饲喂添加0、10%、20%及30%发酵桑叶的全混合饲粮。预试期10 d,正式试验期60 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,饲喂20%发酵桑叶增加了犊牛的平均日增重(P<0.05),饲喂10%、20%和30%发酵桑叶可显著降低犊牛的腹泻评分和腹泻率(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,饲喂20%发酵桑叶可显著提高犊牛瘤胃微生物蛋白和丙酸含量(P<0.05),降低氨态氮含量及乙酸/丙酸(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验第30天,饲喂20%发酵桑叶可显著降低犊牛血清内毒素含量(P<0.05);试验第60天,饲喂20%和30%发酵桑叶可显著降低犊牛血清D-乳酸含量(P<0.05),饲喂20%发酵桑叶可以显著降低血清内毒素含量(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲喂发酵桑叶可提高犊牛的生长性能,改善腹泻率,增强瘤胃发酵功能,改善肠道健康,最适添加量为20%。
This study aimed to investigate the effects of different levels of fermented mulberry leaves on the growth performance,rumen fermentation parameters,and intestinal permeability in calves,and to determine the feasibility of applying fermented mulberry leaves in calf breeding.Forty weaned Holstein calves at 120 days of age with a body weight of(104.55±4.52)kg were divided into four groups with 10 replicates per group and one calf per replicate according to the single-factor design.The calves were fed total mixed rations supplemented with 0,10%,20%,or 30%fermented mulberry leaves,respectively.The pre-test lasted for 10 days and the formal test lasted for 60 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,feeding 20%fermented mulberry leaves significantly increased the average daily gain of calves(P<0.05),while supplementation with 10%,20%,and 30%fermented mulberry leaves significantly reduced diarrhea scores and diarrhea incidence rate(P<0.05).Compared to the control group,feeding 20%fermented mulberry leaves significantly increased rumen microbial protein and propionate concentrations(P<0.05)and decreased ammonia nitrogen content and the acetate-to-propionate ratio(P<0.05).On day 30 of the test,calves fed 20%fermented mulberry leaves exhibited significantly lower serum endotoxin content(P<0.05).On day 60,calves fed 20%and 30%fermented mulberry leaves showed significantly reduced serum D-lactate content(P<0.05),and those fed 20%fermented mulberry leaves had significantly lower serum endotoxin content(P<0.05).The study shows that fermented mulberry leaves improve growth performance,reduce diarrhea incidence,enhance rumen fermentation function,and promote the intestinal health of calves,with an optimal supplementation level of 20%.
