摘要
瘤胃微生物群落的定植对幼龄反刍动物消化功能的成熟和生长发育的完善具有重要作用。近年来,瘤胃液移植(RFT)作为一种靶向重建瘤胃微生物区系的有效方法,在早期调控瘤胃微生态相关领域备受关注。本文系统综述了RFT技术的应用方法,以及其对幼龄动物瘤胃微生物群落、瘤胃发酵功能、生长性能和健康状况的影响,并总结了影响RFT应用的关键因素,为进一步研究与生产实践提供理论依据。
The colonization of rumen microbial communities plays a pivotal role in the maturation of digestive function and the improvement of growth and development in young ruminants.In recent years,rumen fluid transplantation(RFT)has garnered significant attention in the field of early modulation of rumen microecology as an effective method for targeted reconstitution of the rumen microbiota.This article systematically reviewed the application methods of RFT technology,along with its impacts on the rumen microbial community,rumen fermentation function,growth performance,and health status of young animals.Furthermore,it summarized the key factors influencing the application of RFT,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for further research and production practices.
