摘要
为探究长三角城市群2010—2020年新型城镇化与土地资源可持续利用耦合协调关系,保障区域高质量发展,以长三角城市群26个中心城市为对象,建立指标体系,运用熵值法、耦合协调度模型、空间自相关分析及地理探测器对两系统耦合协调度时空特征及影响因素进行研究。结果表明:(1)长三角城市群新型城镇化与土地资源可持续利用水平呈现波动增长的态势;新型城镇化水平呈现东高西低的“阶梯式”格局,土地资源可持续利用水平由多核心结构向连片拓展演变。(2)两系统耦合度属高水平耦合;耦合协调度呈缓慢增长的态势,由勉强协调跃升至初级协调,在空间上表现出“东南高,西北低”的分布特征。(3)两系统耦合协调度的空间集聚效应总体呈现正相关性,在局部空间关联上H-H聚类及H-L聚类城市逐年增加,L-L聚类城市逐年减少;H-H聚类城市分布于东南部,L-L聚类城市分布于西部。(4)不同驱动因子对两系统耦合协调度的影响具有显著的时间异质性,在2010及2015年以人均可支配入指标影响力为最高;2020年影响力最高指标为社会需求满足度。据此,提出推动长三角城市群新型城镇化与土地资源可持续利用耦合协调发展的对策建议。
In order to explore the coupling coordination relationship between new urbanization and sustainable land resource utilization in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration from 2010 to 2020 and ensure high-quality regional development,this paper took 26 central cities there as objects and established an index system.The spatial-temporal parameters and influencing factors of the coupling coordination degree between the two systems are analyzed through the entropy method,coupling coordination degree model,spatial autocorrelation analysis and geographical detector.The results show that:(1)The level of new urbanization and sustainable land resource utilization in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations shows a trend of fluctuating growth;the level of new urbanization shows a stair-like pattern of higher in the east and lower in the west,and the level of sustainable land resource utilization has evolved from a multi-core structure to a contiguous expansion.(2)The coupling coordination degree between the two systems is high;the degree increases slowly,from reluctant coordination to primary coordination,presenting a spatial pattern of higher in the Southeast,but lower in the Northwest.(3)Spatial agglomeration has a positive effect on the coordination of the two systems.In terms of local spatial autocorrelation,H-H cluster and H-L cluster cities increase year by year,while L-L cluster cities decrease year by year;H-H cluster cities are distributed in the southeast and L-L cluster cities are distributed in the west.(4)The impact of different influencing factors on the coupling coordination degree of two systems exhibits significant temporal heterogeneity,and the per capita disposable income index is the most influential one in 2010 and 2015;the highest impact indicator in 2020 is the satisfaction of social needs.Accordingly,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the coupling and coordinated development of new urbanization and sustainable utilization of land resources in the Yangtze River Delta city cluster.
