摘要
基于中国式现代化五个内涵特征,构建评价指标体系,采用综合评价法对2010—2022年30个省级行政区中国式现代化水平进行测度。利用Dagum基尼系数、核密度曲线、障碍度及耦合协调度模型,深入考察了各省级行政区现代化水平。研究发现:省级行政区间现代化水平差距显著,东部远高于西部;虽然我国整体现代化水平偏低,但绝大多数省级行政区现代化水平随时间变化呈波动上升趋势,且省级行政区间差距有缩小趋势;大多数省级行政区五个一级指标耦合协调度处于失调阶段,但耦合度较高。
Based on the five characteristics of Chinese path to modernization,this paper constructs an evaluation index system and measures the level of Chinese path to modernization in 30 provinces from 2010 to 2022 by comprehensive evaluation method.Dagum Gini coefficient,nuclear density curve,obstacle degree and coupling coordination degree model are used to investigate the modernization level of each province.The results show that there is a significant gap in the level of modernization between provinces.The eastern region is much higher than the western region.Although the overall level of modernization is low,the modernization level of most provinces is fluctuating and rising with the change of time,and the gap is narrowing.The coupling coordination degree of the five first-level indicators in most provinces is in the dissonance stage,but the coupling degree is at a high level.
