In recent years, the problem of campus waterlogging has become increasingly prominent.Taking Hebei University of Water Resources and Electric Power as the research object, based on the SWMM model, the stormwater control performance of six low-impact development facilities, such as grey facility reservoir, green roof and permeable pavement, was analyzed. On this basis, through the combination design of facilities,an evaluation index system consisting of total runoff reduction rate, peak flow reduction rate, delayed peak time and full life cycle cost was constructed, and TOPSIS subjective weighting method and entropy weight method were used to evaluate the comprehensive performance of the combination scheme. It is found that the order of stormwater control performance of single facility is permeable pavement>reservoir>permeable pavement>sunken green space>rainwater garden>rainwater bucket>green roof. The fifth scheme of grey-green coupling facilities, that is,the combination scheme of reservoir, concave green space and rain bucket, has the highest relative closeness, and shows excellent performance in stormwater control and cost control,
