自动化专业人才培养实践探索——以河北水利电力学院为例

Exploration of Training Practice for Automation Talents—Taking Hebei University of Water Resources and Electric Engineering as an Example

摘要 该文对自动化专业人才培养方案、专业课程内容实施、师资队伍建设等方面进行重新规划,并提出改进措施,形成“双能力融合递进”的自动化人才培养模式和以专业知识能力、创新应用能力为两条主线的课程体系。课堂教学注重学生个性化发展和创新,数字电子技术、自动控制原理等课程课堂教学方法和手段多样化;考核方式持续改进,过程考核成绩比例增加;加大投入实践教学资源,重视学生实践创新能力的培养,组建多支学生科技创新团队,参加学科竞赛获奖次数有所增加;重视师德师风建设,积极落实学业导师制度,严格执行教学过程质量监督制度,实现动态闭环监管过程。 A re-planning has been conducted for the training program of automation professionals,the implementation of professional course content,and the construction of the teaching staff.Improvement measures have been proposed,forming a“dual-ability integration and progressive”mode of automation talent training and a curriculum system with two main threads focusing on professional knowledge ability and innovative application ability.Personalized development and innovation are emphasized in classroom teaching.Various teaching methods and means are employed for courses like digital electronic technology and automatic control principles,and the assessment methods are continuously improved with an increased proportion of process assessment scores.Investment in practical teaching resources has been increased.Emphasis is placed on cultivating students'practical innovation ability,with the establishment of multiple student technology innovation teams,resulting in an increase in the number of awards in academic competitions.Attention is given to the construction of ethical standards and teaching styles.The academic advisor system is actively implemented,and the quality supervision system for the teaching process is strictly enforced,achieving a dynamic closed-loop supervision process,thereby realizing talent training with ideological and political education throughout the entire curriculum.
