摘要
强国必先强教,强教必先强师,强师必先强师德。基于学理分析、政策研究和实践急需,提出通过实施高校师德评价来提升师德的整体水平、教师队伍的贡献率和教育强国的软实力。从推动教育评价改革、优化高校教师队伍、提升人才培养质量、引领社会道德建设等四个方面,阐释师德评价的价值意蕴;从以教育评价改革为动力、以立德树人为指引、以明大德守公德严私德为维度、以教育家精神为核心内容、全覆盖显性持续评价师德等五个方面,阐述师德评价创新机制;提出多主体协同开展、科学建立评价指标体系、借助于智治平台、借力舆情社评、运用和管理好评价结果构成的师德评价完善向路。
For a country to become strong,it must first strengthen education;For education to be strong,it must first strengthen teachers;For the teachers to be strong,it must first strengthen teachers’morality.Based on theoretical analysis,policy research and urgent practical demands,this paper proposes that the overall level of teachers’morality in universities can be enhanced by implementing the evaluation of teachers’morality,stimulating the contribution rate of the teaching staff,and upgrading the soft power of a strong educational nation.And this paper explains the value implications of the teachers’morality from four aspects:promoting the educational evaluation reform,optimizing the university faculty team,improving the quality of talent cultivation,and leading the construction of social morality.And this paper expounds the innovation mechanism of teacher morality form five aspects:taking the educational evaluation reform as an opportunity,guided by the principle of establishing morality as a guideline,taking the illustrious virtue recognition,social ethics follows and personal desires restriction as the dimension,taking the ethos of educators as the core content,and continuously explicitly evaluating teacher ethics with full coverage.This paper also proposes the improvement directions to improve the teacher evaluation,which is composed of multi-subject collaborative implementation,construction of evaluation indicators,construction of intelligent governance platform,aided of social public opinion,and application of evaluation results.
