摘要
造纸工业设备的疲劳变形和部件位移变化等,主要发生在生产运行过程中,非接触式检测成为实现精准监测的必要手段。超声波测距技术凭借其易于实现和较高的性价比优势,已成为诸多领域测距方案的首选。对此,简述了超声波测距的原理与应用,主要利用超声波测距技术,提出了一种基于单片机的造纸工业在线测距系统,围绕卷筒纸印刷机纸带的横向振动检测,进行系统的软硬件设计。该系统通过超声波传感器测量传感器与纸带的实时距离,经单片机的AD转化,将模拟量转化为数字量输出,最终将纸带的振动情况以数字量直观显示出来。该系统的测量结果精度能满足实验要求,且能够不停机在线进行测距,在造纸工业的应用空间广阔。
The fatigue deformation and component displacement changes of paper industry equipment mainly occur during the production and operation process,and non-contact detection has become a necessary means to achieve accurate monitoring.Ultrasonic ranging technology has become the preferred ranging solution in many fields due to its ease of implementation and high costeffectiveness.This article briefly describes the principle and application of ultrasonic distance measurement,mainly using ultrasonic distance measurement technology.A paper industry online distance measurement system based on single-chip microcomputer is proposed,focusing on the lateral vibration detection of the paper tape in the roll paper printing machine,and the software and hardware design of the system is carried out.The system measures the real-time distance between the sensor and the paper tape through an ultrasonic sensor,converts the analog signal into digital output through AD conversion by a microcontroller,and finally displays the vibration of the paper tape in digital form.The measurement accuracy of this system meets the experimental requirements and can perform distance measurement online without stopping the machine,making it widely applicable in the paper industry.
