基于嵌入式Linux的血站多协议网关设计方案优化研究

摘要 为更好的实现数据采集和传输,设计了一种基于Linux的多协议网关系统,该网关包括硬件电路和软件两部分,以AM335X微处理器为控制核心,实现模拟量和数字量的采集,并且输出数字量,通过触摸屏显示网关状态,通过以太网或4G网络将传感器采集的数据上传至服务器,选用嵌入式Linux操作系统用于多协议网关的软件平台,实现网关的各项功能。结果表明,网络通信正常,电压信号采集测量误差在0.03%以内,电流信号采集测量误差在0.06%以内,满足多协议网关使用的精度要求,具有较好的实用价值。 In order to better achieve data collection and transmission,a Linux based multi-protocol gateway system was designed.The gateway included hardware circuits and software,with the AM335X microprocessor as the control core,to achieve the collection of analog and digital signals,and output digital signals.The gateway status wais displayed on the touch screen,and the sensor collected data was uploaded to the server through Ethernet or 4G network,an embedded Linux operating system was chosen for the software platform of a multi-protocol gateway to achieve various functions of the gateway.The results showed that the network communication was normal,the measurement error of voltage signal acquisition was within 0.03%,and the measurement error of current signal acquisition was within 0.06%,which meets the accuracy requirements for multi-protocol gateway use and has good practical value.
