案例式、启发式、探究式教学方法融合应用的研究与实践——以“公共人力资源战略与规划”课为例

摘要 深入实施科教兴国战略、人才强国战略、创新驱动发展战略,对高等教育人才培养质量提出了更高的要求,对教学方法产生了深远影响。为进一步提升教学效果,探索多种教学方法融合使用的教学模式尤为必要。该文以“公共人力资源战略与规划”课程为例,在分析案例式、启发式与探究式教学方法特点的基础上,探讨了三种教学方法在讲授模块、协作模块、讨论模块教学实践及课程考核中的应用,提出了案例式、启发式、探究式教学方法融合的路径,为高校管理类课程的教学改革提供了参考和借鉴。 In the process of in-depth implementation of the strategy of developing the country through science and education,reinvigorating China through human resource development,and innovation-driven strategy,higher requirements are put forward for the quality of talent cultivation in higher education,which has a profound impact on teaching methods.It is particularly necessary to explore teaching models that integrate multiple teaching meth⁃ods to further improve teaching effectiveness.Taking the course of Public Human Resources Strategy and Plan⁃ning as an example,based on the analysis of the characteristics of case-based,heuristic,and inquiry-based teach⁃ing methods,this paper explores the application of these three teaching methods in teaching practice,collabora⁃tion,and discussion modules,as well as in course assessment.A path for integrating case-based,heuristic,and inquiry-based teaching methods is proposed,providing reference and inspiration for the teaching reform of man⁃agement courses in universities.
