摘要
随着人类生活方式和饮食结构的改变,天然膳食作为食补剂的医疗保健功能已成为社会热点。天然膳食越橘类植物富含维生素和花青素等成分,不仅其果实有较高的食用价值,其全草还可作为中草药被用作治疗各种疾病。文献报道越橘类植物含有多酚类、萜类、挥发油、糖及糖苷类等多种化学成分,现代药理学研究表明其具有抗炎、抗菌、抗氧化、抗癌、抗病毒及保护视力等多种药理活性。本文总结了近五年来报道的越橘类植物化学成分、医疗保健及食品应用等方面的研究进展,以期为今后越橘类植物的医疗保健功能的深入研究和开发利用提供参考依据。
As human lifestyles and dietary structures have shifted,the healthcare function of natural dietary supplements has gained significant social attention.Bilberry plants were found to be rich in vitamins,anthocyanins and other constituents.Not only were their fruits highly valued as food,but the whole plants were also traditionally used as Chinese herbal medicines for the treatment of various diseases.Bilberry plants were reported in the literature to contain diverse chemical components,including polyphenols,terpenes,volatile oils,sugars,and glycosides;modern pharmacological studies indicated that they exhibited various biological functions,such as anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,antioxidant,anticancer,antiviral,and vision-protection effects.This paper reviewed the research progress on phytochemicals,health benefits,and food industry applications of bilberry plants reported over the past five years,providing a reference for future in-depth research,development,and utilization of the healthcare functions of bilberry plant.
