摘要
文章以教育强国的思政引领力、人才竞争力、民生保障力和社会协同力为切入点,深入剖析德技并修的价值意蕴,构建职业院校德技并修四位一体育人模型,并进一步解读模型中育人目标、育人主体、育人环体、育人介体四大动态要素的互动机理。基于此,从明确育人目标的正确方向、深化育人主体的互动合作、优化育人介体的内容与育人方式、增强育人环体的调控效应四个方面提出运行策略,为面向教育强国建设的高素质技术技能人才培养提供理论支撑和实践指导。
Taking the ideological and political leadership,talent competitiveness,people's livelihood security force and social coordination force of education power as the starting points,this paper deeply analyzes the value implications of simultaneous cultivation of morality and skills and constructs a four-in-one education model in vocational colleges and further interprets the complex interaction mechanisms among the four dynamic elements:educational goals,educational subjects,educational environment and educational media.Based on this,operational strategies are proposed from four aspects:clarifying the correct direction of educational goals,deepening the interaction and cooperation of educational subjects,optimizing the content and methods of educational media,and enhancing the regulatory effect of the educational environment.These strategies provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled talents for the construction of an education power.
