新质生产力与职业教育高质量发展的互动机理与实践路径

摘要 职业教育作为与经济社会、市场需求联系最紧密的教育类型,它的高质量发展能推动企业技术转型、人员素质优化;而新质生产力的发展又能推动职业教育专业结构调整、教育模式转型升级、教育手段革新、教学内容优化。随着新一轮科技革命与产业变革的加速推进,职业院校亟需激发各级科创主体活力,优化数字赋能生态,将新技术、新场景、新业态、新工艺融入教学内容,以期提高职业教育对经济社会发展的适应力以及产业转型升级的适配度,使职业教育发展与新质生产力发展同频共振。 High-quality development of vocational education can promote technological trans-formation and personnel quality optimization,while the development of new-quality productive forces can promote the professional structure adjustment in vocational education,the transformation and upgrading of the education model,the innovation of educational methods,and the optimization of teaching content.With the accelerated advancement of the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,vocational colleges urgently need to stimulate the vitality of all levels of scientific and technological innovation entities,optimize the digital empowerment ecosystem,and integrate new technologies,new scenarios,new business forms,and new processes into teaching content,with the aim of enhancing the adaptability of vocational education to economic and social development and the compatibility with industrial transformation and upgrading,so as to make the development of vocational education resonate with the development of new quality productivity.
