摘要
检察机关推进电子检务工程、智慧检务建设、数字检察战略,努力以科技支撑推动高质效办好每一个案件。数字检察工作如何更有力地助推高质效检察履职、持续实现良好发展是当前检察机关亟须重点研究的课题。通过对数字检察的外部反馈、内在理论和实践运行进行分析,得出建设应用一体化、辅助办案智能化、整合数据业务化、科技创新智能化是数字检察发展的重要趋势,结合安徽省检察机关在数字检察工作中的实践探索,深入研究数字检察发展趋势的相关问题和基本遵循,总结出数字检察发展趋势的内涵特征,以期更好地推进数字检察工作,以检察工作现代化更好服务中国式现代化。
Procuratorial organs have advanced the Electronic Procuratorial Project,Intelligent Procuratorial Construction,and Digital Procuratorial Strategy,striving to leverage technological support to promote highquality and efficient handling of each case.How digital procuratorial work can more effectively boost highquality and efficient procuratorial performance and sustain sound development has become an urgent research topic for procuratorial organs.Through analyzing the external feedback,internal theories,and practical operations of digital procuratorial work,this study concludes that the integration of construction and application,intelligent case-handling assistance,procuratorial operationalization of data integration,and intelligent technological innovation constitute important trends in the development of digital procuratorial work.Based on the practical exploration of procuratorial organs in Anhui Province in digital procuratorial work,this study deeply investigates the related issues and basic principles of digital procuratorial development trends,and summarizes the connotative characteristics of these trends,so as to better promote digital procuratorial work and serve the the Chinese path to modernization through the modernization of procuratorial work.
