摘要
目的探讨基于BOPPPSF的雨课堂联合案例教学法(CBL)在心肺复苏教学中的效果。方法选取北京中医药大学东直门医院2021级中医骨伤班(31人)为对照组,2022级中医骨伤班(32人)为观察组。对照组采用传统教学方法,观察组采用基于BOPPPSF的雨课堂联合CBL教学方法。比较两组理论成绩、技能成绩,并调查两组同学们对教学的满意度及反馈。结果观察组学生的理论成绩(73.38±7.47)分高于对照组(69.32±7.60)分,观察组技能成绩(89.56±2.34)分高于对照组(85.35±3.10)分(P<0.05)。观察组的教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的学生对临床实用性评价、趣味性、提升临床思维能力评价高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于BOPPPSF的雨课堂联合CBL有助于提高心肺复苏的教学效果。
Objective:To evaluate the teaching effectiveness of BOPPPSF-based Rain Classroom combined with Case-Based Learning(CBL)in cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)teaching.Methods:The 2021 grade TCM orthopedics class(31 students)as the control group and the 2022 grade TCM orthopedics class(32 students)as the observation group were from Dongzhimen Hospital,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.The control group received traditional teaching methods,while the observation group was taught using the BOPPPSF-based Rain Classroom combined with CBL approach.Theoretical and practical skill scores were compared between the two groups.Student satisfaction and feedback regarding the teaching methods were also collected.Results:The theoretical scores of the observation group(73.38±7.47)were higher than those of the control group(69.32±7.60).Similarly,the practical skill scores of the observation group(89.56+2.34)were higher than those of the con-trol group(85.35±3.10)(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Students in the observation group also rated clinical applicability,interest level,and enhancement of clinical thinking higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integra-tion of BOPPPSF-based Rain Classroom and CBL can effectively improve the teaching outcomes of cardiopulmo-nary resuscitation.
