摘要
构建周边命运共同体是基于周边地区战略价值日益凸显、周边地区大国博弈有所加剧、周边经济合作韧性风险增加和周边社会思潮多元碰撞激荡的务实选择,也是顺应时代潮流的明智选择。2025年的中央周边工作会议,明确了周边命运共同体的科学体系,确立了共同愿景、理念方针、基本遵循、主要平台和战略支撑等要素。构建周边命运共同体必须以系统思维统筹推进,注重加强战略引领、营造共同繁荣、谋求和平安宁和促进民心相通。构建周边命运共同体不可一蹴而就,必须在风云变幻的国际环境中坚定目标、凝聚共识、加强协同,需要中国与周边各国在各领域久久为功,聚沙成塔。
Building a community with a shared future with neighboring countries is a practical choice based on the increasingly prominent strategic value of the surrounding regions,the situation of somewhat intensified competitions among major powers in the surrounding regions,the increasing resilience risks of economic cooperation in the surrounding regions and the diverse collision and agitation of social trends in the surrounding regions.It is also a wise choice that conforms to the trend of the era.The Central Conference on Work Related to Neighboring Countries in 2025 clari-fied the scientific system of a community with a shared future with neighboring countries and estab-lished elements such as the common vision,concepts and policies,basic guidelines,main plat-forms and strategic support.Building a community with a shared future with neighboring countries must be advanced in a coordinated manner with systematic thinking,laying emphasis on strengthe-ning strategic guidance,creating common prosperity,seeking peace and tranquility and promoting people-to-people bonds.Building a community with a shared future with neighboring countries cannot be achieved overnight.It requires us to hold firm to our goals,build consensus and en-hance coordination in the ever-changing international environment.China and its neighboring countries need to make persistent efforts in various fields over a long period of time and accumulate small efforts to build a strong foundation.
