摘要
针对战术数据链设备研发过程中存在的集成测试效率低、专用设备复用性差、批量生产保障不足等问题,需要构建新型测试系统以满足现代军工装备“低成本、短周期、大批量”的研发测试需求。提出基于PXI总线架构与软件无线电技术相结合的模块化设计方案。硬件层采用PXIe机箱搭载控制器模块、矢量信号收发仪模块及射频开关矩阵等模块,构建可重构测试平台;软件层通过Python语言开发测试控制核心,实现测试序列自动化管理,并建立标准化测试用例库。实测结果表明,新系统较传统方法测试成本降低61%,测试周期缩短22%,测试指标精度满足使用要求。该系统通过架构创新实现了测试资源的动态重组与测试流程的智能优化,其开放式设计可快速适配新型数据链装备测试需求,显著缩短研发周期,为战术通信装备的迭代升级提供可靠保障。
In response to the problems existing in the R&D process of tactical data link equipment,such as low integration testing efficiency,poor reusability of dedicated equipment,and insufficient guarantee for batch production,it is necessary to build a new type of testing system to meet the R&D and testing requirements of modern military equipment for“low cost,short cycle,and large volume”.A modular design scheme based on the combination of PXI bus architecture and software-defined radio technology is proposed.At the hardware level,a reconfigurable testing platform is constructed using PXIe chassis equipped with controller modules,vector signal transceiver modules,and RF switch matrices.At the software level,the test control core is developed using Python language,automated management of test sequences is achieved and a standardized test case library is established.The measured results show that,compared with the traditional methods,the test cost of the new system is reduced by 61%,the test cycle is shortened by 22%,and the accuracy of the test indicators meets the usage requirements.This system has achieved dynamic reorganization of test resources and intelligent optimization of test processes through architectural innovation.Its open design can quickly adapt to the test requirements of new data link equipment,significantly shorten the R&D cycle,and provide reliable guarantees for the iterative upgrade of tactical communication equipment.
