基于PXI的卫星综合测试系统的设计与实现 被引量:28

摘要 在卫星的设计制造过程中,对卫星的各个单机及整星进行大量的测试是一个非常重要的环节,传统的测试系统往往功能单一,且存在精度低、体积大和兼容性差等缺陷;PXI总线是PCI在仪器领域的扩展,虚拟仪器软件体系结构更是通过软件编程的方式对测试仪器进行了丰富的扩展,文中在对基于PXI的测试系统的硬件结构和软件编制进行了可行性研究和论证后,提出了一种基于PXI的卫星综合测试系统的设计方案,并结合某型号卫星的测试需求进行具体的项目开发;实践表明该方案具有结构灵活、体积小、测量精度高和抗干扰能力强等优点。 During the design and manufacture of satellite, it is very important to have lots of tests on the satellite and its components. The traditional test systems have some disadvantages such as low measuring accuracy, large eubage and bad compatibility. PXI bus is the ex- tension of the PCI in the field of instrument, VISA actualize the functions of the instrument by the means of program. After the research and argumentation of the hardware architecture and software programming of the test system based on PXI, a satellite synthesis test system based on PXI is given. Practices have proved that the system has the merits of good expansibility, small volume, high measuring accuracy and strong anti--jamming capability.
