摘要
目的 探讨利用自动发药机优化药品追溯系统,以提高药品管理效率,确保药品安全、有效和可追溯。方法 研究依托Rowa Vmax型自动发药机,通过入库扫描、发药绑定、核对匹配、效期管理及药品回收等环节,实现药品追溯码的采集与应用。结果 自动发药机显著提升了药品分发的效率,减少了药师工作量,降低了患者取药等候时间。同时,系统通过自动核对和绑定,有效减少了药品调剂差错,完善了药品有效期管理,提高了药品召回的效率和准确性。结论 基于自动发药机的药品追溯系统有助于医疗机构进行药品质量控制,提高药品管理效率和患者用药安全。
Objective To explore the optimization of drug traceability system using automatic dispensing cabinetss to improve drug management efficiency and ensure drug safety,effectiveness,and traceability.Methods The study utilized the Rowa Vmax automatic dispensing cabinets to collect and apply drug traceability codes through processes including inbound scanning,dispensing binding,verification matching,expiration date management,and drug recovery.Results The automatic dispensing cabinets significantly improved drug distribution efficiency,reduced pharmacists workload,and decreased patients'waiting time for medication.Moreover,the system effectively reduced drug dispensing errors through automatic verification and binding,improved expiration date management,and enhanced the efficiency and accuracy of drug recalls.Conclusion The drug traceability system based on automatic dispensing cabinetss facilitates drug quality control in medical institutions,improves drug management efficiency,and ensures patient medication safety.
