基于语文核心素养的高职语文教学改革策略

摘要 分析高职语文教学的现状,揭示出现有教学模式在培养符合新时代需求的高技能人才方面的不足。基于核心素养的视角,提出高职语文教学的改革策略:首先,转变传统观念,强化职业教育中的语文素养培养;其次,突破纸质教材的局限,及时更新教学资源;最后,深化课程的职业导向,创新语文教学方法。通过理论分析与案例探讨,论证了高职语文课程在培养具备文化自信、职业素养及实践创新能力的高技能人才方面的关键作用,为高职院校的语文教学改革提供重要参考。 This paper analyzes the current status of Chinese language teaching in higher vocational colleges and identifies the deficiencies of the existing teaching model in cultivating high-skilled talents that meet the needs of the new era.From the perspective of core literacy,the paper proposes reform strategies for higher vocational Chinese language teaching:first,to shift traditional perspectives and strengthen the cultivation of Chinese literacy within vocational education;second,to overcome the limitations of paper-based textbooks and update teaching resources in a timely manner;and third,to enhance the vocational orientation of the curriculum and innovate Chinese language teaching methods.Through theoretical analysis and case studies,this paper demonstrates the critical role of higher vocational Chinese language courses in cultivating high-skilled talents with cultural confidence,professional literacy,and practical innovation abilities,providing important reference for the reform of Chinese language education in higher vocational colleges.
