摘要
目的:通过调查乳腺癌患者久坐行为的现状,分析该人群产生久坐行为的影响因素,为进一步改善乳腺癌患者的生活质量提供参考依据。方法:选取2023年11月—2024年1月福建省某三级甲等综合医院的130例乳腺癌术后出院患者作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、国际体力活动问卷(IPAQ)、家庭关怀度指数测评量表(FCIAS)、医院焦虑抑郁量表(IPAQ)进行调查。结果:乳腺癌患者久坐行为总时间为(8.48±2.70)h/d,居住地、人均收入、医保类型以及个体治疗后感觉疼痛在乳腺癌患者久坐行为中,差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.87、6.87、10.64、8.34,P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌患者的久坐行为水平偏高,医务工作人员可以根据影响行为发生的因素制定个性化的干预措施,改善乳腺癌患者的生活质量。
Objective:By investigating the current situation of sedentary behavior of breast cancer patients,to analyze the influencing factors of sedentary behavior in this population,so as to provide reference for improving the quality of life of breast cancer patients.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 130 discharged patients with breast cancer in a tertiary general hospital in Fujian Province from November 2023 to January 2024 using the General Information Questionnaire(IPAQ),the International Physical Activity Questionnaire,the Family Care Index Assessment Scale(FCIAS),and the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS).Results:The total time of sedentary behavior in breast cancer patients was(8.48±2.70)h/d.Place of residence,percapita income,type of medical insurance and pain felt after individual treatment were independent factors influencing sedentary behavior in breast cancer patients,with statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=4.87,6.87,10.64,8.34;P<0.05).Conclusion:Breast cancer patients have high levels of sedentary behavior,and health care workers can develop personalized interventions based on the factors that influence the occurrence of breast cancer to improve the quality of life of breast cancer patients.
