摘要
互联网的普及使地震灾害信息传播速度加快,社交媒体用户的冲突观点极易形成网络舆情。2022年9月5日,四川省甘孜州泸定县发生6.8级地震,引起网民的广泛讨论并引发网络舆情。本文基于震后微博上相关的十万余条评论数据和SVM算法,构建情感分类模型,并结合评论在模型上运行的结果,进行舆情分析。结果显示,此次舆情演变过程可分为首日、高峰期、下降期和平稳期四个阶段,不同阶段各有鲜明的特征。有关部门的首日的决策和舆情引导至关重要,并给出在不同舆情演化阶段地震科普宣传的侧重建议,为未来发生的重大地震事件的舆情分析提供借鉴。
With the popularization of the Internet,the speed of earthquake disaster information dissemination is accelerating.Once social media users have conflicting views,it is easy to form online public opinion.On September 5,2022,a magnitude 6.8 earthquake occurred in Luding County,Ganzi Prefecture,Sichuan Province,which caused extensive discussion among netizens and triggered online public opinion.Based on the data of more than 100,000 comments related to the Luding earthquake on microblog after the earthquake and the SVM algorithm,this paper constructs the sentiment classification model,combined with the results of the comments running on the model,and analyzes the public opinion of this event.It is found that the evolution process of public opinion can be divided into four stages:the first day,the peak period,the decline period and the stable period,and each stage has distinct characteristics.The decision-making and public opinion guidance of relevant departments on the first day are crucial,and suggestions on the focus of earthquake science popularization and publicity in different stages of public opinion evolution are given to provide reference for public opinion analysis of major earthquake events in the future.
