摘要
目的 深入探究抗精神病药物所致便秘在治疗期间应用中药敷脐贴的临床效果。方法 选取80例抗精神病药物所致便秘患者,经随机数字表法划分为治疗组、对照组,每组40例。予以对照组常规治疗措施,治疗组在采取常规治疗措施的同时予以中药敷脐贴。对比两组临床治疗效果、Wexner评分、排便状况、生活质量。结果 和对照组的75.00%相比,治疗组的总有效率95.00%较高,差异可见(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组Wexner评分较本组治疗前降低,且和对照组的(8.42±1.94)分相比,治疗组的Wexner评分(5.71±1.29)分明显较低,差异可见(P<0.05)。治疗后,和对照组的(12.42±3.34)min/次、(3.09±0.48)次/周相比,治疗组的排便时间(9.21±2.39)min/次较短,平均自发排便次数(4.84±0.32)次/周较高,差异可见(P<0.05)。治疗后,和对照组的(12.42±2.35)、(10.08±2.54)、(12.28±2.39)、(9.02±1.33)、(10.45±2.27)分相比,治疗组生理评分(10.77±2.22)分、社会评分(8.19±1.36)分、心理评分(10.94±2.32)分、担忧评分(7.76±1.19)分、满意度评分(8.58±2.44)分较低,差异可见(P<0.05)。结论 予以抗精神病药物所致便秘患者中药敷脐贴治疗对于结肠动力具有理想的促进作用,在减轻便秘症状的同时提高患者整体生活质量,疗效理想,值得借鉴以及采纳。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of umbilical application of traditional Chinese medicine during the treatment of constipation caused by antipsychotics.Methods A total of 80 patients with constipation caused by antipsychotics were divided into control group and treatment group under the guidance of random number table method,each consisting of 40 patients.The control group was given conventional treatment,while the treatment group was given umbilical application of traditional Chinese medicine based on conventional treatment.The clinical effect,Wexner score,defecation score and quality of life score of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with 75.00%in the control group,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher at 95.00%, and the difference was visible (P<0.05). After treatment, the Wexner scores in both groups were decreased compared with before treatment in this group;the treatment group had a significantly lower Wexner score (5.71±1.29) points compared with (8.42±1.94) points of the control group, and the difference was visible (P<0.05). After treatment, the defecating time (9.21±2.39) min/time of the treatment group was shorter, and the average spontaneous defecation frequency (4.84±0.32) times/week was more compared with (12.42±3.34) min/time and (3.09±0.48) times/week in the control group. The difference was visible (P<0.05). After treatment, the physiological score of the treatment group was (10.77±2.22) points, the social score was (8.19±1.36) points, the psychological score was (10.94±2.32) points, the worry score was (7.76±1.19) points, and the satisfaction score was (8.58±2.44) points, which were lower than (12.42±2.35), (10.08±2.54), (12.28±2.39), (9.02±1.33), and (10.45±2.27) points in the control group, and the differences were visible (P<0.05). Conclusion Umbilical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of patients with constipation caused by antipsychotics has an ideal promoting effect on colon motility, which can relieve constipation symptoms while improving the overall quality of life of patients. It has ideal curative effect, and is worthy of reference and adoption.
