摘要
目的探讨四磨润肠方联合穴位贴敷治疗混合痔术后气滞型便秘的临床疗效。方法选取黄石市中医医院肛肠科2021年1月至9月收治的混合痔术后气滞型便秘患者80例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。两组患者均予混合痔外剥内扎术,术后予常规抗感染、止血治疗48h,对照组患者加服乳果糖口服液,观察组患者加予四磨润肠方煎服联合穴位贴敷。两组患者疗程均为10d。结果观察组总有效率为100.00%,显著高于对照组的87.50%(P<0.05)。观察组患者首次排便时间为(36.62±4.26)d,显著短于对照组的(42.04±4.84)d(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后10 d的肛管静息压均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的各项便秘症状积分、便秘生活质量自评量表(PAC-QOL)评分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均无明显不良反应发生。结论四磨润肠方联合穴位贴敷治疗混合痔术后气滞型便秘,可改善患者的便秘症状,提高其生活质量。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Simo Runchang Recipe combined with acupoint application in the treatment of Qi stagnation-type constipation after mixed hemorrhoid surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients with Qi stagnation-type constipation after mixed hemorrhoid surgery in the Department of Anus and Intestine in the Huangshi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January to September 2021 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were treated with external peeling and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids.After the operation,they were treated with routine anti-infection and hemostasis for 48h.On this basis,the patients in the control group were treated with Lactulose Oral Solution,while the patients in the observation group were treated with Simo Runchang Decoction combined with acupoint application.Both groups were treated for 10d.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 87.50% in the control group(P<0.05).The time from the end of the surgery to the first defecation in the observation group was(36.62±4.26)d,which was significantly shorter than(42.04±4.84)d in the control group(P<0.05).Ten days after treatment,the anal resting pressure in the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and that in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of constipation symptoms and the score of Patient-Assessment of Constipation-Quality of Life(PAC-QOL)in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and those in the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse drug reactions during treatment in the two groups.Conclusion Simo Runchang Recipe combined with acupoint application can improve the constipation symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients with Qi stagnation-type constipation after mixed hemorrhoids surgery.
