摘要
目的:探讨家属参与式激励式护理联合延续性护理在经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后患者中的临床应用。方法:选取在医院行PCI治疗的60例急性心肌梗死患者,按照随机数表法分为对照组和实验组,每组30例患者,对照组术后应用传统护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上应用家属参与式激励式护理联合延续护理,对比两组服药依从性、不良情绪、生活质量、心血管事件发生率。结果:护理后,两组患者服药依从性评分均升高,SDS、SAS评分均降低,且实验组患者服药依从性评分高于对照组,SDS、SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者生活质量各维度评分均升高,且实验组患者生活质量各维度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组患者心血管事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PCI术后患者应用家属参与式激励式护理联合延续性护理可有效提升患者服药依从性及生活质量,改善其不良情绪,并可降低术后心血管事件发生率,提高护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the clinical application of family participation incentive nursing combined with continuity nursing in patients after PCI.Method:Sixty patients with acute myocardial infarction who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)treatment in hospital were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received traditional nursing care after surgery,while the experimental group received family participation incentive nursing combined with continuous nursing care.The medication compliance,adverse emotions,quality of life,and incidence of cardiovascular events were compared between the two groups.Result:After the nursing care,the medication compliance scores of both groups increased,while the SDS and SAS scores decreased.Moreover,the medication compliance score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the SDS and SAS scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After the nursing care,the scores of each dimension of quality of life in both groups increased,and the scores of each dimension of quality of life in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of cardiovascular events in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of family participation incentive nursing combined with continuity nursing in postoperative PCI patients has significant effects,which can effectively improve patients'medication compliance,quality of life,improve their negative emotions,reduce the incidence of postoperative cardiovascular events,and increase nursing satisfaction.
