双金属液复合锤头侧注式浇注工艺模拟及对其组织与性能的影响

Simulation on Side Pouring of Double Metal Liquid Composite Hammer Head and Its Influence on Microstructure and Properties

摘要 锤式破碎机结构简单、使用方便,被广泛应用于冶金、矿山等行业。锤头包括锤柄及锤端,在使用过程中要求锤柄具备一定韧性,锤端具有高耐磨性。为使锤头不同部位具备不同性能,采用侧注式浇注方式生产双液双金属复合锤头,利用Procast软件模拟铸造双液双金属复合锤头的充型情况及凝固过程中的温度场情况,并对锤头进行热处理,运用XRD、SEM、TEM、显微硬度仪等对复合锤头显微组织、元素的扩散行为以及硬度进行系统研究。结果表明:侧注式浇冒系统铸件在凝固过程中,温度变化均匀,充型平稳;合理匹配浇注工艺和热处理工艺参数,可有效改善铸造缺陷;锤端高铬合金为马氏体,分布着呈骨架状的渗碳体和(Fe,Mn)_(3)C合金渗碳体,锤柄碳钢组织主要为贝氏体和细小的回火屈氏体。锤端高铬部位的硬度达到57.65 HRC、碳钢锤柄的硬度为26.74 HRC。 The structure of the hammer crusher is simple,easy to use,and widely used in industries such as metallurgy and mining.The hammer head consists of a hammer handle and a hammer end.During use,the hammer handle was required to have a certain toughness,and the hammer end was required to have high wear resistance.In order to make different parts of the hammer head have different performance,a double-liquid double-metal composite hammer head was produced using a side pouring method.The Procast software was used to simulate the filling and solidification process of the double-liquid double-metal composite hammer head,and the hammer head was subjected to heat treatment.The microstructure,diffusion behavior of elements and hardness of the composite hammer head were systematically studied using XRD,SEM,TEM and microhardness tester.The results show that the temperature change during the solidification process of the side pouring system is uniform and the filling is stable.By reasonably matching the casting and heat treatment process parameters,the casting defects are effectively improved.The high chromium alloy at the hammer end has a martensitic structure,distribute with a skeletal carbide and(Fe,Mn)_(3)C alloy carbide structure,while the carbon steel at the hammer handle mainly consists of bainite and fine tempered troostite.The hardness at the high chromium end of the hammer reaches 57.65 HRC,and the hardness of the carbon steel hammer handle is 26.74 HRC.
