摘要
针对城市化加速背景下,建筑施工对效率、节能和环保提出的新要求,探讨了BIM技术在装配式墙体砌体工程中的应用研究。通过对比分析传统施工方式与BIM技术在施工周期、人力物力消耗及专业协调方面的优劣,验证了BIM技术在建筑工程中的优越性。研究运用BIM技术进行砌体工程的整体规划,通过施工工艺模拟和三维技术交底,实现了一次施工优质、缩短工期和节省材料的目标。结果表明,BIM技术在提高施工效率、节能环保方面具有显著效果,为我国建筑施工提供了新的发展方向。
In response to the new requirements for efficiency,energy conservation,and environmental protection in construction under the background of accelerated urbanization,this paper explores the application research of BIM technology in prefabricated wall masonry engineering.By comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of traditional construction methods and BIM technology in terms of construction period,manpower and material resources consumption,and professional coordination,the superiority of BIM technology in construction engineering has been verified.It studies the overall planning of masonry engineering using BIM technology,and achieves the goals of high-quality construction,shortened construction period,and material savings through construction process simulation and 3D technology disclosure.The results indicate that BIM technology has significant effects in improving construction efficiency,energy conservation,and environmental protection,providing a new development direction for building construction in China.
