摘要
毒品具有很强的中枢系统兴奋作用及致欣快作用,其成瘾性极大,对吸食者身体、心理、家庭等各方面均造成严重的危害。毒品还可以催生众多违法犯罪行为,严重危害社会稳定及发展。众多学者围绕着奖赏回路、大脑功能、遗传及转录等成瘾的机制展开深入研究。针对毒品成瘾者的治疗方法仍在不断开拓创新,包含药物、心理、物理治疗以及公共干预等各方面的研究仍在推陈出新,但仍不断有新型毒品被研制出来,其所造成的危害仍难以遏制。因此,本研究将立足于毒品成瘾机制的研究进展,结合毒品成瘾在药物、物理、心理及社会干预方面的治疗进展,分析目前毒品成瘾的发展进程及不足,理清目前国际上对毒品成瘾机制及治疗方面的研究,并为毒品的治疗及干预提供理论支持。
Drugs have strong central system excitatory and euphoric effects,and are highly addictive,causing serious harm to the body,psyche,family and other aspects of the abuser.Drugs can also give rise to numerous illegal and criminal behaviors,seriously jeopardizing social stability and development.Numerous scholars have conducted in-depth research on the mechanisms of addiction,including reward circuits,brain function,genetics and transcription.Treatment methods for drug addicts are still being developed,and research in the areas of drugs,psychology,physical therapy and public intervention is still being carried out,but new drugs are still being developed,and the harm they cause is still difficult to curb.Therefore,this study will be based on the research progress on the mechanism of drug addiction,combined with the treatment progress of drug addiction in terms of drug,physical,psychological and social interventions,analyze the current development process of drug addiction and its shortcomings,and sort out the current international research on the mechanism and treatment of drug addiction,as well as provide theoretical support for the treatment of drugs and interventions.
