摘要
目的探讨综合性护理干预联合中药熏洗在寻常型银屑病(PV)中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1月至2024年6月新余市人民医院收治的50例PV患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=25)、观察组(n=25)。对照组予以常规干预+中药熏洗干预,观察组在对照组方法的基础上,联合综合性护理干预,两组均连续干预1个月。比较两组干预前后的病情程度[银屑病面积和严重程度指数(PASI)]、瘙痒程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、对疾病掌握度、病耻感[银屑病患者耻辱感体验问卷(FSQ)]、心理状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、自我管理行为、生活质量[皮肤病生活质量指数量表(DLQI)]。结果观察组干预后的PASI、VAS、SAS、SAS、DLQI评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后的疾病掌握度评分、FSQ评分、自我管理行为评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合性护理干预联合中药熏洗可提高PV患者对疾病认知、自护能力,减轻病耻感,改善心理状态,缓解瘙痒程度,减轻病情程度,进而提高患者生活质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing in psoriasis vulgaris(PV).Methods A total of 50 patients with PV admitted to Xinyu People's Hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(n=25)and the observation group(n=25).The control group was given routine intervention and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing intervention,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Both groups were intervened for 1 month.The disease degree(psoriasis area and severity index[PASI]),pruritus degree(visual analogue scale[VAS]),mastery of the disease,stigma(feeling of stigmatization of psoriasis questionnaire[FSQ]),psychological state(self-rating anxiety scale[SAS],self-rating depression scale[SDS]),self-management behavior and quality of life(dermatology life quality index[DLQI])were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results The PASI,VAS,SAS,SAS and DLQI scores of the observation group after intervention were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The disease mastery score,FSQ score and self-management behavior score of the observation group after intervention were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing can improve the disease cognition and self-care ability of PV patients,reduce the stigma,improve the mental state,relieve the degree of pruritus,reduce the degree of disease,and improve the quality of life of patients.
