摘要
咬合设计是口腔修复中的重要环节,其精确程度直接影响修复效果。文章根据患者牙齿缺损、缺失后口内余牙咬合的不同情况进行分类并分析各类特点,总结了相应的修复原则,提出了“口腔固定修复体咬合分类设计”新理念,同时分享了临床应用经验,旨在促进口腔医生对不同类型固定修复体咬合设计的理解,提升修复治疗的效率和成功率。
Occlusal design is an important part in oral prosthodontics,and its accuracy directly affects the restoration effect.According to the different conditions of occlusion of re-maining teeth in the mouth after tooth defect and absence,this paper makes a classification and analyzes the characteristics of various types,summarizes the corresponding restoration principles,and puts forward a new concept of"classification design of occlusion for oral fixed prostheses while sharing clinical application experience,aiming at promoting stomatolo-gists'understanding of occlusion design of different types of fixed prostheses and improving the efficiency and success rate of restoration treatment.
