摘要
本研究采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法,以安徽省竞技体操教练员队伍为研究对象,系统分析其队伍结构、专业素养、培训机制及职业发展现状。研究发现,当前教练员队伍建设存在不足、继续教育体系不完善、激励机制不足等问题。基于现状剖析,提出优化教练员选拔标准、完善多层次培训体系、强化政策保障等对策,以促进安徽省体操运动可持续发展。研究旨在为深化竞技体操后备人才培养模式改革、提升教练员队伍专业化水平提供参考。
This study employs research methodologies such as literature review and questionnaire surveys,taking the competitive gymnastics coaching team in Anhui Province as the research subject.Through systematic analysis,it investigates four dimensions:team structure,professional competence,training mechanisms,and the current state of career development within this professional cohort.The findings reveal existing deficiencies in the construction of the coaching team,including an incomplete continuing education system and insuffcient incentive mechanisms.Based on the analysis of current challenges,countermeasures such as optimizing coach selection criteria,establishing a multi-level training system,and strengthening policy support are proposed to promote the sustainable development of artistic gymnastics in Anhui Province.The research aims to provide references for deepening the reform of talent reserve cultivation models in artistic gymnastics and enhancing the professionalization of coaching teams.
