广西高职院校师资队伍建设现状剖析与优化策略——基于43所高职院校职业教育质量报告的分析

摘要 随着国家对职业教育重视程度的不断提高,高职院校师资队伍建设成为提升职业教育质量的关键。文章以2023年度广西43所高职院校职业教育质量报告为基础,分析当前广西高职院校师资队伍的现状——教师数量不足、结构不合理、高级职称及“双师型”教师占比不高、科研水平较低等,并针对存在的问题,从加大引育力度、完善培育制度体系、搭建产教融合平台、改革管理评价考核制度等方面提出优化策略,以期提升师资队伍质量,助推职业教育高质量发展。 As China continues to prioritize vocational education,the development of faculty teams in higher vocational colleges has emerged as a critical factor in enhancing the quality of vocational education.This paper analyzes the current status of faculty teams in Guangxi's 43 higher vocational colleges,as reflected in their 2023 vocational education quality reports.It identifies key challenges,including insufficient faculty numbers,irrational structural composition,low proportions of senior-titled and"dual-qualified"teachers,and weak research capabilities.To address these issues,optimization strategies are proposed,such as intensifying efforts to attract and cultivate talent,improving training systems,establishing industry-education integration platforms,and reforming management,evaluation,and assessment mechanisms.These measures aim to elevate the quality of faculty teams and promote high-quality development in vocational education.
