彩色火药纹画的原理与实践

摘要 为了实现火药纹画从黑白到彩色的转变,同时提升轮廓的清晰度和制作过程的安全性,从火药纹画用火药及其工艺流程两方面进行了研究。提出了一种新型淀粉火药,对其燃烧过程进行理论计算,分析了氧平衡特性,计算了爆热、爆速、爆压、爆轰气体产量等参数;同时,对作画工艺进行了改进,并通过实验对改进效果进行了验证。结果表明:该淀粉火药由氯酸钾、硫和淀粉组成,未添加炭粉,燃烧后不产生固体碳单质,因此其浅色产物以及高温对纸张的热作用痕迹可以在画纸上真实呈现,形成黄绿色的特殊纹路;该淀粉火药为微负氧平衡火药,缺氧程度较低,可以在保证燃烧效果的同时,减少有毒气体产生;采用筛网铺撒火药,能够提高火药颗粒的一致性和铺撒均匀性,从而改善火药纹画轮廓模糊、画纸局部烧穿等现象,使其轮廓清晰细腻、色彩深浅一致。 In order to achieve the transition of gunpowder pattern painting from black-and-white to color,while improving the clarity of the contour and the safety of the production process,research was conducted from two aspects:the gunpowder used in gunpowder pattern painting and its process flow.A new type of starch gunpowder was proposed,and its combustion process was theoretically calculated.The oxygen balance characteristics were analyzed,and parameters such as detonation heat,detonation velocity,detonation pressure,and detonation gas production were calculated.At the same time,the painting process was improved,and the improvement effect was verified through experiments.The results show that the starch gunpowder which is composed of potassium chlorate,sulfur,and starch,without the addition of charcoal powder,produces no solid carbon elemental substance after combustion.Therefore,its light-colored products and the heat effect traces of high temperature on paper can be truly presented on the drawing paper,forming a special yellow-green pattern.This starch gunpowder is a slightly negative oxygen-balance powder with low oxygen deficiency,which can reduce the production of toxic gas while ensuring combustion performance.Using a screen mesh to spread gunpowder can improve the consistency and uniform distribution of gunpowder particles,thereby improving issues such as blurred gunpowder patterns and localized paper burn-through,making the contours clear and delicate,and the color depth consistent.
