摘要
探讨下呼吸道感染患者经肺泡灌洗液的病原菌检测结果,以期为下呼吸道感染用药方式选择提供更多参考。选择2022年1月—2023年12月日照市人民医院呼吸与危重症医学科收治的200例下呼吸道感染患者作为研究对象,收集整理患者的一般资料,对200例患者均进行肺泡灌洗液病原菌检测。调查统计200例患者的肺泡灌洗液病原菌检出结果,分析病原菌分布情况。结果显示,常见病原体包括肺炎克雷伯菌、铜绿假单胞菌等。病原菌分布情况对比,病毒感染菌株数占比显著高于革兰阴性菌、革兰阳性菌、真菌、肺炎支原体(P<0.05)。研究发现,经肺泡灌洗液靶向测序(targeted next-generation sequencing,tNGS)在下呼吸道感染患者病原菌检测中的应用效果明显,多数患者为混合感染,其中病毒感染最为常见,其次为革兰阴性菌、革兰阳性菌,肺炎支原体感染人数最少。
To explore the results of pathogen detection in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of patients with lower respiratory tract infections,in order to provide more references for the selection of medication for lower respiratory tract infections.200 patients with lower respiratory tract infections admitted to the Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine Department of People’s Hospital of Rizhao from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.General information of the patients was collected and sorted,and pathogenic bacteria were detected in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of all 200 patients.Conduct a survey and statistics on the detection results of pathogenic bacteria in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of 200 patients,and analyze the distribution of pathogenic bacteria.The results showed that common pathogens include Klebsiella pneumoniae,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,etc.The distribution of pathogenic bacteria was compared,and the proportion of virus infected bacteria was significantly higher than that of Gram negative bacteria,Gram positive bacteria,fungi,and Mycoplasma pneumoniae(P<0.05).Research has found that targeted next generation sequencing(tNGS)in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid has a significant effect on pathogen detection in patients with lower respiratory tract infections.Most patients have mixed infections,with viral infections being the most common,followed by gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria,and Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection being the least common.
