在当今数字化时代,互联网技术的迅猛发展促使教育模式不断革新。其中,翻转课堂作为一种新兴的教学策略,在高等教育中得到了普遍实践。与传统模式不同,翻转课堂强调在课前让学生自主学习理论知识,而课堂时间则用于深入讨论和互动,从而使教师的角色从主导者转变为引导者。本文选择人力资源管理这一课程为案例,详细分析了翻转课堂模式如何在这一领域中有效实施,并探讨了其对学习过程的积极影响。
In today's digital age,the rapid development of Internet technology has prompted continuous innovation in educational models.Among them,the flipped classroom,as an emerging teaching strategy,has been widely practiced in higher education.Different from the traditional model,the flipped classroom emphasizes allowing students to independently learn theoretical knowledge before class,while the class time is used for in-depth discussions and interactions,thus transforming the role of teachers from leaders to guides.This article selects the course of human resource Management as a case,analyzes in detail how the flipped classroom model can be effectively implemented in this field,and explores its positive impact on the learning process.
