生物处理法去除抗生素及抗性基因的研究进展

摘要 针对全球抗生素消费量增长引发的环境污染与对人类健康的威胁,以及污水处理厂中抗生素和抗性基因富集扩散的问题,综述污水处理厂中抗生素的生物处理技术如吸附和生物降解,并分析其优缺点,重点介绍厌氧生物处理方法,例如上流式厌氧污泥床反应器(UASB)、厌氧颗粒污泥膨胀床反应器(EGSB)和厌氧折流板反应器(ABR)等,分析抗生素对厌氧发酵各阶段的影响,探究厌氧发酵对抗性基因的去除机制,展望未来抗生素处理技术的发展以及抗生素抗性基因去除的研究方向。 Aiming at the problems of environmental pollution and health threats caused by the global growth of antibiotic consumption,as well as the problems of enrichment and diffusion of antibiotics and resistance genes in wastewater treatment plants,the biological treatment technologies(adsorption and biodegradation)of antibiotics in wastewater treatment plants were reviewed,and their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed.This paper focused on introducing anaerobic biological treatment methods(such as up-flow anaerobic sludge bed(UASB),expanded granular sludge bed(EGSB),anaerobic baffled reactor(ABR),etc.),analyzed the impacts of antibiotics on each stage of anaerobic fermentation,explored the removal mechanism of anaerobic fermentation on resistance genes,and prospected the future development of antibiotic treatment technologies and the research directions for the removal of antibiotic resistance genes.
