新质生产力是驱动城乡融合发展的重要力量,为有效统筹新型工业化、新型城镇化和乡村全面振兴提供了创新路径。发展新质生产力有助于促进城乡产业联动发展、畅通生产要素流动、改善基础设施和公共服务质量。应重点围绕城乡基础设施保障体系建设、县域科技创新与产业创新融合、农业新质生产力培育、城乡人才引育、创新要素双向流动机制等方面发力,构建产业升级、人口集聚、城镇发展良性互动机制,加快推动城乡融合发展。
