摘要
气是宇宙万物的本源,参与人体的构成,维持人体生命活动。《素问·举痛论》曰:“百病生于气也”,无论是逆于天地之气,还是气机失调,抑或是人体之气失和,都会引起疾病的发生。中国古代哲学思想不仅研究世界的一般规律,也作为中华优秀传统文化的核心要素,为中医学提供了思想及理论基础,是中医学发展的根基。本文结合中国古代哲学中道、变易思维、中和思想及顺势思维浅析“百病生于气”,旨在全面理解气在人体生命中的重要性。
Qi is the fundamental source of all things in the universe,participating in the composition of the human body and maintaining life activities.It is said in the Plain Questions·Treatise on Pain that All diseases originate from Qi.Whether it is due to imbalance with the cosmic Qi,disruption of the Qi mechanism,or disharmony of the body's Qi,qi disorder can lead to the onset of diseases.Ancient Chinese philosophical thought not only explores general laws of the world but also serves as a core element of traditional Chinese culture,providing both ideological and theoretical foundations for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and serving as its root.This paper combines the Daoist,transformative thinking,the theory of harmony,and the principle of going with the flow in ancient Chinese philosophy to analyze the theory of“All diseases originate from Qi,”aiming to provide a comprehensive understanding of the importance of Qi in human life.
