化工类专业开放教学实验设计:催化剂α-吡咯烷酮钾的制备

摘要 为了培养学生的独立思考能力和实验操作能力,让学生能将所学知识融合起来,结合企业关键生产过程,让学生独立完成以α-吡咯烷酮为原料,在减压条件下制备催化剂α-吡咯烷酮钾的开放实验,探究压力、原料含水量、温度及反应时间对α-吡咯烷酮钾制备的影响,发现原料预脱水后再加入KOH,在反应温度100℃、压力0.5 kPa(绝压)下,才能实现反应体系含水量低于200 ppm,显著抑制副产物γ-氨基丁酸钾的生成,提升α-吡咯烷酮钾的收率。本实验将企业合作项目引入实验教学,构建了“产学研”结合的实践模式,通过学生自主设计变量、分析数据,有效提升了学生的实验操作技能、解决实际问题能力及团队协作素养。 In order to cultivate students'independent thinking ability and experimental operation ability,so that students can integrate what they have learned,combined with the key production process of the enterprise,students can independently complete the open experiment of preparing catalystα-pyrrolidone potassium under reduced pressure withα-pyrrolidone as raw material,and explore the influence of pressure,raw material water content,temperature and reaction time on the preparation ofα-pyrrolidone potassium.It was found that after the raw material was pre-dehydrated and KOH was added,the water content of the reaction system could be less than 200 ppm at the reaction temperature of 100℃and the pressure of 0.5 kPa(absolute pressure),which significantly inhibited the formation of potassium gamma-aminobutyrate as a by-product and increased the yield of potassiumα-pyrrolidone.This experiment introduced enterprise cooperation projects into experimental teaching and built a practice model combining“production,university and research”.Through students'independent design of variables and data analysis,students'experimental operation skills,ability to solve practical problems and teamwork literacy were effectively improved.
