摘要
将翻转课堂教学法运用于免疫学检验课程教学中,并探讨其效果。选取学校2020级医学检验技术专业专科生为研究对象,将其分为翻转课堂教学模式的研究组(82人)和传统教学模式的对照组(77人)。通过理论和实践考核、教学效果调查,评价该模式的应用效果。结果显示,研究组理论成绩、实践成绩高于对照组;研究组学生在学习兴趣、理论知识掌握程度、实践操作掌握程度、分析解决问题能力、对教学实施满意度等方面高于对照组。因此,以MOOC平台为基础,将翻转课堂应用于免疫学检验课程教学可以显著提升学生的实践能力,为推进高校教学改革提供重要的理论依据。
The paper applies the flipped classroom teaching method to the teaching of Immunology Laboratory course,and explores its effectiveness.College students of grade 2020 majoring in medical laboratory technology were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the experimental group(82 students)using the flipped classroom teaching mode and the control group(77 students)using the traditional teaching mode.The application effect of this mode was evaluated through theoretical and practical assessments and teaching ef⁃fect survey.It is found that the experimental group achieved higher scores in both theoretical knowledge and practical skills than the control group,and that the students in the experimental group demonstrated greater learning interest,mastery of theoretical knowledge,proficiency in practical operations,problem-solving abili⁃ties,and satisfaction with teaching implementation compared to the control group.Therefore,applying the flipped classroom model based on the MOOC platform to the teaching of Immunology Laboratory courses can sig⁃nificantly enhance students’practical competencies,providing an important theoretical basis for promoting the teaching reform in colleges and universities.
