“岗课赛证”综合育人模式下课程思政的设计与实施——以锅炉设备及运行课程为例

摘要 解读了综合工作岗位、学校课程、技能竞赛和技能等级考证的“岗课赛证”综合育人模式的深层次内涵及课程思政的要义,剖析了锅炉设备及运行课程的性质和特征,构建了该课程的课程思政教学目标,挖掘了课程思政元素,进行了课程思政建设设计,并在混合式教学实践中进行了实施,对课程教学效果调查、用人单位反馈、技能竞赛成绩及技能等级考试的参与人数与通过率等数据进行统计与分析,结果表明育人效果良好。 This paper interprets the profound connotation of the“post+course+competition+certificate”-based comprehensive educational mode integrating posts,courses,skills competitions and skills certificates as well as the essence of ideological and political theories teaching in all courses.Then,it analyzes the nature and characteristics of the course of boiler equipment and its operation,constructs the teaching objectives of ideological and political theories teaching,explores the elements of ideological and political theories teaching,and designs the ideological and political theories teaching in the course,which is implemented in the practice of blended learning.Statistics and analysis are conducted on data such as the investigation of the teaching effect of the course,feedback from employers,results of skills competitions,and the number of participants and passing rates of skills certificates.The results show that the educational effect is good.
