摘要
药食同源食品兼具食品和药品双重属性,其安全性评估是公共健康领域的重要议题。然而,现有研究多集中于药理和毒理作用探讨,对其质量安全风险的研究仍较为匮乏。文中基于2017-2023年我国省级层面98342批次药食同源食品的抽检数据,采用基于不合格率和不合格度的半定量分析方法,对74种药食同源食品的质量安全风险进行系统性风险评估,并探讨其时空分布特征及驱动因素。研究发现:1)药食同源食品的抽检不合格率明显高于普通食品和药品,且不合格样本的危害物超标程度普遍较高;52.7%的种类已达到Ⅲ级(中等危害)及以上风险水平。2)风险空间分布格局呈现出“中等风险地区越来越多,高、低风险地区越来越少”的特征;且存在显著空间相关性,风险空间重心呈现由东向西的扩散趋势。3)政府监管力度对药食同源食品的安全风险水平具有显著负向影响,食品消费价格指数、农药使用强度和GDP水平等经济社会因素也呈现显著影响效应;进一步研究发现,政策体系完备度和老龄化程度正向调节政府监管力度与药食同源食品安全风险程度的关系。文中研究可为完善药食同源食品安全性评价体系、优化药食同源食品质量安全监管提供科学依据。
Medicinal and edible homologous foods(MEHs)possess dual attributes of both food and medicine,making their safety assessment a critical issue in public health.However,existing research predominantly focuses on pharmacological and toxicological effects,with limited attention to quality safety risks.This study systematically evaluates the quality safety risks of 74 types of MEHs using a semi-quantitative analysis method based on non-compliance rate and non-compliance degree,utilizing 98,342 batches of provincial-level sampling data from China(2017-2023).The research also investigates the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics and driving factors of these risks.Key findings include:1)The non-compliance rate of MEHs is significantly higher than that of regular foods and medicines,with a substantial proportion of non-compliant samples exhibiting high levels of hazardous substances.Notably,52.7%of the categories reach the levelⅢ(moderate risk)or higher.2)The spatial distribution pattern shows an increasing number of medium-risk areas and a decreasing number of high-and low-risk areas,with significant spatial correlation.The risk center exhibits a westward diffusion trend.3)Government regulatory intensity has a significant negative impact on safety risk levels,while socio-economic factors such as food consumer price index,pesticide use intensity,and GDP level also show significant effects.Further analysis reveals that policy completeness and aging population positively moderate the relationship between government sampling intensity and safety risk levels.This study provides scientific evidence for improving the safety evaluation system and optimizing quality safety regulation of MEHs.
