摘要
称取一定量的溶剂十四醇、隐色剂结晶紫内酯、甲酚红、显色剂双酚A,制备不同质量配比的温致变色复配物;采用浸渍法,将不同质量比例的温致变色复配物浸渍橡胶木单板试件中,制备改性温致变色橡胶木单板;采用分光测色仪、红外光谱等方法,测试样品的颜色性能、官能团、表面形貌,分析改性结晶紫内酯温致变色橡胶木单板的制备工艺及其性能。结果表明:当甲酚红与双酚A的质量比为2∶4时,温致变色橡胶木单板的变色性能最佳。随着温度的升高,色差逐渐增大,且在37℃时所有比例搭配的色差值(ΔE)均超过12。此外,通过涂刷改性聚氨酯漆,显著提高了温致变色橡胶木单板的热稳定性。采用傅里叶红外光谱测试揭示了变色机理,内酯环结构的开裂和恢复有关;采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)测试确定了温致变色的温度为37.8℃;采用热重分析仪测试,表明温致变色橡胶木单板在125℃时热稳定性良好,125~216℃时产生31.52%的质量损失率,255.2~374.8℃时产生44.32%的质量损失率。
A certain amount of solvent tetradecanol,leuco dyes crystal violet lactone and cresol red,and color developer bisphenol A were weighed to prepare thermochromic composites with different mass ratios.The modified thermochromic rubber wood veneers were prepared by impregnating rubber wood veneer specimens with thermochromic composites at different mass ratios using the impregnation method.The color properties,functional groups,and surface morphology of the samples were tested by a spectrophotometer,infrared spectroscopy,and other methods to analyze the preparation process and properties of the modified crystal violet lactone thermochromic rubber wood veneer.The results showed that when the mass ratio of cresol red to bisphenol A was 2∶4,the thermochromic rubber wood veneer exhibited the best color-changing performance.With the increase in temperature,the color difference gradually increased,and the color difference value(ΔE)of all proportion combinations exceeded 12 at 37℃.In addition,the thermal stability of the thermochromic rubber wood veneer was significantly improved by brushing modified polyurethane paint.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)tests revealed that the color-changing mechanism was related to the cracking and recovery of the lactone ring structure.Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)tests determined that the thermochromic temperature was 37.8℃.Thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)tests showed that the thermochromic rubber wood veneer had good thermal stability at 125℃,with a mass loss rate of 31.52%at 125-216℃and 44.32%at 255.2-374.8℃.
