摘要
5252铝合金板材经阳极氧化处理后表面形成异色条纹,通过分光测色仪检测其亮度,并使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、电子背散射衍射(EBSD)对比分析了板材正常区和条纹区的亮度、氧化膜结构差异,以及相对应区域组织的差异。结果表明,与正常区相比,异色条纹区亮度低、氧化膜孔隙率高,立方织构少。5252铝合金板材阳极表面条纹的缺陷主要是立方织构取向晶粒的不均匀分布造成的表面亮度差异。
Discoloration stripes appeared on the surface of 5252 aluminum alloy sheet after anodizing treatment.Its brightness was measured through a spectrophotometer.Comparative analysis was conducted using scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)to investigate the differences in brightness,oxide film structure,and corresponding aluminum metal structure between the normal and stripe zones of 5252 aluminum alloy sheet after anodizing treatment.The results show that compared with the normal zone,the discoloration stripe zone has lower brightness,higher porosity of the oxide film,and less cubic texture.The main reason for stripe defects on the anode surface of 5252 aluminum alloy sheet is the uneven distribution of cubic-texture oriented grains,which leads to differences in surface brightness.
